I have one property, bought it at PKR 2.5 crore.  Currently I am getting a monthly rent of only PKR 66,000; means 3%/annum, I could have easily achieved > 12% profits/annum only through dividends if I had invested in hi D/Y stocks, i.e. 4X more. That's why I don't appreciate Real Estate property investment.
